Redistribute 'Em!

You're the new electoral commissioner in town, and it's your job to balance your town into even electorates so that the populations fall less than 10% within the average!

Houses contain 1-4 people (but most likely 2 or 3 people), and apartments contain 15-20 people. Parks are empty but must be included. Your electorates cannot be disconnected from themselves either!

Now get out there and Redistribute 'Em!

CONTROLS:

Left click - select colour/set tile to colour

Right click - rotate camera

This game was originally made in 3h 32m for Trijam #228 - my first Trijam! Late-night brain and a wrinkle with the validation system pushed me over the time limit but this was an awesome experience. I would love to take this further and play more with the information available to the player. Thanks to my beautiful partner who suggested this great idea for a game.
